USER EXPERIENCE EXPERTISE
Experienced in Creative process tools like Co-Creation and Design Thinking. Have done formal Co-Creation training, and implemented these UX methodologies and practices in transformational projects.
After some possible user interviews, field studies and general meetings regarding the projects components and stakeholders, the Ideation workshop is held. This is where the UX team and the users brainstorm around ideas for what is needed.
This is where the ideas are filtered down to the solution which is the optimal for the users and stakeholders considering the technical specifications. legacy systems, etc. What workarounds are need to be done to get the best solution, maximizing efficiency and time saving for the users.
Often utilizing methodologies like field studies, user studies and customer journeys. When flow charts have iterated into wireframes. they are made into mockups and finally an Interactive prototype is built. Often followed by an Implementation plan.
Where the final product is built, sometimes in offshore SCRUM teams. System integration testing, User studies. Measurement of problem points. This is often the most time consuming part, and UX is a vital part of this work, and should not be left out until launch time.

After a long career as a creative consultant in first media, then IT, I am now channelling my experience as an expert within User Experience and Customer Experience. I worked a little over 2 years at Tieto as a Lead UX System Analyst, and start at IBM in November 2015 as Senior Experience Designer. At Tieto I was working with major Swedish and International brands within Finance, Healthcare, Energy and Municipalities. Often travelling abroad, working in +70 people teams in locations on different timezones/continents, via video/web live meetings. Used to working in Scrum etc with various digital collaboration tools. Often working with developers and IT Architects etc from "offshore/outsourcing" locations.
